Here is a veryyy simple and delicious recipe. Hope yall enjoy it :)
Ingredients:
1 lb beef
1 cans of corn
2 cans of beans (you can use black or kidney, i used 1 of each)
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can of rotel (i accidentally bought the "chili fixins" kind, but it worked well!)
1 pk of taco seasoning
1 pk of ranch seasoning
1 can/box of beef stock
Not pictured:
1 small yellow onion
4 cloves of garlic
shredded cheese (cheddar, mexican mix, any kind you want!)
bag of frito scoop chips
1 cans of corn

Not pictured:

Add in beef and cook until brown. Drain any excess fat/grease. Add in
ranch seasoning and taco seasoning. Stir and reduce heat.
Add in all canned ingredients. Do not drain juice first.
Add in everything from the cans! Add in beef stock and let simmer
for 15-20 minutes....
Annnnd all done!
This is the first meal I ever made. A high school friend's mom used to make this for us and we would devour it! I first made it for my high school boyfriend the night of our Sadie Hawkins dance. And I've been making it ever since :) Hope you all like it!
